Experience Sun Shading Expo North America like a VIP, at a fraction of the cost. Membership is curated by the organizers and assigned by invitation or application.
The Buyer Club Program at Sun Shading Expo North America 2026 offers selected members complimentary accommodation and VIP privileges. The club fosters high-level networking with leading suppliers and industry peers through tailored activities across the three days.
Apply online by September 30, 2026. Priority is given to applications received by August 30, 2026.
You can also nominate someone you think belongs in the club.
What members receive
- Up to two free nights at a host hotel within walking distance of the event
- VIP expo access — a show floor pass worth up to US$189 — with a pre-printed badge and welcome gift
- A colour-coded Buyer Club badge that makes members easy to find on the floor
- A guided Buyer Club booth tour, 1–1.5 hours across 6–8 exhibitor booths
- Invitations to private events and curated experiences, including the Buyer Club Happy Hour
Who can apply
The program is for decision-makers in the sun shading industry: custom and end-product fabricators, dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, import/export specialists, interior designers, franchisors, franchisees and workrooms.
To qualify you must:
- be based in the continental United States
- not have attended Sun Shading Expo in the past three years
- hold decision-making or budget authority for your business
