Exhibitor staff badge information
Exhibitors are required to register the individuals who will be working their booth on site.
Staff registration
Exhibitors receive three complimentary Booth Staff Only registrations per 100 sq ft of exhibit space. Additional and upgraded exhibitor registrations are available to purchase.
- Co-exhibitors do not receive additional complimentary badges
- Exhibitors may not use VIP discount codes for exhibit staff members

Contract staff wristbands
Wristbands are issued to contract staff for setup and takedown only. They allow entrance to the exhibit hall during setup and takedown hours, and are invalid during show hours.
Contract staff should request their wristbands at registration. Please notify Show Management in advance of all contract staff you will have on site, so wristbands can be issued.
